This means that if you change your mind and the packaging of the product you purchased has not been opened, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that this return policy does not apply to opened or used products.

The product packaging must not have been opened.
The product must not show signs of use, damage or alteration.
The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as receipt or invoice.
3. Return procedure:

If you wish to return an eligible unopened product, please follow the steps below:

Contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the product to inform our team of your intention to return the product.
Pack the product carefully in its original packaging.
Include a copy of proof of purchase in the package.
Send the package to the return address that our customer service will provide you.
4. Return costs:

Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to return the product, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.
